The ring itself looks amazing. Only thing is, I ordered in the normal size I always wear, but because this one has the vertical thing (which holds the 3 rings together) which snoops off quit a bit of your normal size... order a larger size!
Unfortunately therefore I cannot wear this ring at all as it is too big for my other fingers.

I will never buy anything through this company/brand again. I needed to return my undersized ring and had paid postage when I first purchased it which said arrival 10-12 days out. One and a bit month later it arrived! I want to return the ring as it is a size to small however the company explained too many people were returning not only the item they wanted to return but other goods and wanted it all refunded. Well, I have one item and your customer must come first to save your brand. It's unfortunate some buyers are misappropriating your good will but what about the other 90%? As a business owner you should only refunded or replaced the original purchase, so it seems it's your own fault you got your company into a conundrum and not refunded the bundle apparently you said you receive back. I have one item only and request a return post for getting the right sized ring - 1 of the 90%. Simple!

Love the look of this ring, however there is a center bar that holds the rings together, it is super thick and uncomfortable to wear. I have noticed the ring starting to change color so I would say it is not sweat/waterproof as the site claims

I brought the ring because I love the look of it - when I received it, it wasn't in a tagged size bag, so I have to take your word it was the size I ordered. However, it was a smidge to small. You offered and approved to return it, but already paying for the ring, postage to receive it and but now having to pay for postage to send it back far outweighs the purchase price. Very disappointed I can't wear it and won't be purchasing from your company again :-( Love the ring but not the aftercare service

Love the ring, I wanted to wear it on my middle finger but the size I choice was too little for middle finger. They accepted the offer for the return but the buyer has to pay for return. The cost to return is just as much as the cost of the ring so I chose not to go through the process. They did offer a discount for my next purchase since I chose to keep it but overall I like the quality of their products. They shipped not many days after ordering but it takes about a week and a couples days to come.
