UK (domestic) Shipping:

Standard Shipping (Evri 2 Day Tracked) - 2 day delivery, tracked service - £2.80 or FREE on orders over £50

Next Day Delivery (Evri Tracked 24) - Next working day delivery, fully tracked - £3.50 for all orders

European & International Shipping:

EU Standard Shipping (DLH/Deutsche Post) – 5-7 working days, duties & taxes paid. £4.50 Or FREE for orders over €40

EU Express Delivery (DHL Express, Tracked) – 2-3 days delivery, fully tracked and signed - £18 for all orders 

 

USA & International Shipping:

North American Standard Delivery (DHL, Tracked) - 5-7 working days, fully tracked and signed - £4.5 or Free On Orders Over $45

North American Express Delivery (DHL Express, Tracked) – 2-3 days delivery, fully tracked and signed - £18 for all orders

 

Australia Shipping:

 

Standard Delivery (DHL, Tracked) - 5-7 working days, fully tracked and signed - $8.00 AUD or Free On Orders Over $60

Express Delivery (DHL Express, Tracked) – 2-3 days delivery, fully tracked and signed - £18/$35.00 AUD for all orders

Please note for any European orders over the value of 150euro, will be subject to the relevant VAT & duty rates. 

For All EU orders under 150euros VAT & Duty is covered through IOSS.

Return Policy
RETURNS

Faulty item : We sincerely apologies if you have experienced any fault with your Nevaeh jewellery. Our customer service team would be happy to assist - Please contact us before returning your item to us, so that our team -can advise you of next steps and time frames for a replacement item. A photo is always appreciated so we can speed up the process.

Exchange: If you would like to exchange an item you will need to return the original order to our office Any returned orders must be sent back within 14 days of receipt (UK and International deliveries). Please ensure that your returns are sent back in the condition that you receive them in, with the original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on earrings unless faulty.

Refund: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if the goods do not meet your expectations you may return the items within 14 days of receipt for a refund. (we recommend you use a tracked delivery service with proof of postage). Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product. Once we’ve received your return, we’ll send you an email with an update. Returns are usually processed within seven working day, although this may vary during busy periods. Refunds will be issued to the original account used at purchase. Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the EU. Please ensure that your returns are sent back in the condition that you receive them in, with the original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on earrings unless faulty.

We cannot offer exchange or return for items that have been worn; if there are any signs of wear, we would not be able to accept the return.

Our lifetime warranty covers all our claims that will not happen with your purchase. We guarantee our jewellery will never fade, tarnish, or lose its colour. That includes in the shower, sea, pool, wearing while training or exposed to sweat and heat. Our jewellery is built to last. However, should it tarnish, we will replace it for free.
